1. Go to your cbsplit login page (https://cbsplit.com/apps)
2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Enter your registered email address
4. Click Send Reset Link
5. Check your inbox for the reset email (check spam if not received within 2 minutes)
6. Click the link in the email — it expires after 60 minutes
7. Enter and confirm your new password
8. Click Reset Password
9. Log in with your new credentials

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Ensure you are using the correct email address
• Ask your administrator to check that the mail server is configured correctly

If a user cannot reset their own password, an admin can do it manually:

1. Go to Users → All Users
2. Click on the user's name
3. Click Reset Password and send them a new link

After resetting, advise the user to save their password in a password manager.
