How do I remove or deactivate a user account?

User access in CBSplit is controlled through Admin accounts. To remove a user's access, you must delete their admin account.

Removing an admin account

  1. Log in to the dashboard as an administrator
  2. Click Admins in the top navigation bar
  3. Select the user you want to remove from the list
  4. Click the Delete button (trash icon) in the top toolbar
  5. Confirm the deletion

Once deleted, the user will no longer be able to log in to the system.

Notes

  • Deleting an admin account immediately revokes dashboard access
  • Existing content created by that admin remains unchanged
  • If access needs to be restored later, a new admin account must be created

Best practices

  • Remove admin accounts for team members who no longer require access
  • Periodically review the Admins list to ensure only authorized users have access
