CB Split - Admin Layout > Menus
When you are creating your layouts you can add menu(s) as needed and visually add and re-arrange which pages will appear on the menus. Create an xhtml/css styled menu using the default template and your custom css.
+ Insert a Page - It will auto inject menu in selected page.
Alternatively you could just copy menu code from input above editor and paste into Layout.
