====== How do I assign roles and permissions to users? ======

CBSplit currently manages access through **admin accounts**.  
Users listed under **Admins** have permission to access the dashboard and manage the system.

===== Granting admin access =====

  - Log in to the dashboard as an existing admin
  - Click **Admins** in the top navigation bar
  - Click the **+** button to add a new admin
  - Enter:
    * **Name**
    * **Email Address**
  - Generate a password or create one manually
  - Click **Create**

The user will now have access to the admin dashboard.

===== Changing access =====

To remove a user's permissions:

  - Go to **Admins**
  - Select the user from the list
  - Delete the account if access should be revoked

Once removed, the user will no longer be able to log in to the system.

===== Important notes =====

  * All admins currently have the same level of access
  * Only trusted team members should be granted admin privileges
  * Remove unused accounts regularly to maintain security
