The ClickBank INS (Instant Notification Service) Relay is a feature that sends real-time notifications about transactions and customer activity to your server. It's essentially an automated service used for backend operations like processing sales, refunds, subscription management, and affiliate tracking.

When a customer makes a purchase through ClickBank, INS relays important transaction data to the vendor's server, allowing them to manage the sale in real-time. For example, you can set up notifications for sales, refunds, subscription cancellations, or changes, and ClickBank will send these directly to your server for automatic processing. This is particularly helpful for keeping systems like membership sites, CRM tools, or affiliate tracking in sync without manual intervention.

Using INS also provides key transaction details such as order type, customer info, shipping and billing details, tax data, and even GDPR compliance indicators for EU customers. Vendors can use this data to automate processes and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Our CBsplit CMS Provides INS module grabs your clickbank INS data and post service/api you specify. 
Those services could be email subscription, shipping , tshirt printing etc. 

=== Using CBSplit CMS for Clickbank Instant Notification Service ===

Login to your cbsplit account and navigate to **Addons > INS Relays** using top menu.

Click + icon from top right of the screen.

Enter clickbank credentials information

  * Clickbank Account - Select clickbank account you already linked at **Clickbank > Accounts**
  * Name - this INS Relay
  * Copy paste Secret Key from clickbank account
  * Hit **+ Create** Button

Once you create INS ins relay page shows its configuration page.

  * URL - for posting INS data to other API/pingback services.
  * Rules - for filtering products
  * Masks - for overriding new values for keys selected in dropdown.
  * Product Masks - To replace product name for other service
  * Vendor Variable Masks - override vendor variables
  * Tracking codes mask - Override tracking codes
  * Customer Masks - Shipping and Billing Address Mask
